This scene was in Episode 519 when all the crew are about to meet each other at the Sabaody Archipelago, and this was Nami's fascination with Chopper's cuddliness.

That was one of the most exciting part in One Piece; I was so enthralled while watching it. Haha.

P.S. I used regular colored pencils, markers and watercolor pencils for the background.....

Damn it! I forgot the bubbles. Hahahaha Sorry about that. /sigh :\
